If you are sending in your donation through the mail, please print this form and send it with your donation to the follwing: Ordinary Women Inc. 26861 Trabuco Road, Suite E#146, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.  Please note that since you are paying via mail and if you have selected a particular orphan,  there is no guarantee that you willl get this child until the payment is received and recorded by OWI.  If this orphan is taken before payment is recorded, another child will be selected for you.

 Sponsor A Primary School Child (Public K-8)
Includes placement with a family, daily meals, 2 school uniforms, shoes, socks, pullover, bedding, treated mosquito net, family Bible, basic health needs i.e. vitamins, anti-malaria pills, deworming, etc.

 Sponsor A High School Student (Boarding Required)
Includes family and secondary (high school) placement supervised by a qualified social worker as well as food, clothing, and health care as listed above.

Full time credentialed "social worker" salary and a part time assistant.
